Electricity billing typically uses kilowatt-hours (kWh), which is energy, not power.

The calculator estimates effective power from the appliance wattage and load percentage, then multiplies by runtime to get daily kWh. Cost is estimated from local price per kWh. For better accuracy, adjust runtime and load to match your real usage pattern.
Required formulas: P = E / t and E = P × t . Since bills use kWh, power in watts is converted to kilowatts before multiplying by hours.
