You represent that:

• You own or have permission to share the Content.
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
• Your Content is not harmful, obscene, defamatory, or fraudulent.

We reserve the right to remove any Content for any reason without notice.

You agree not to:

• Post spam, malware, or affiliate links without disclosure.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Upload dangerous projects (e.g., instructions for weapons or illegal activities).
• Scrape or copy substantial parts of the Service without permission.
• Attempt to bypass security measures.

The Service may contain links to external sites or products (e.g., Amazon, tool shops). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Transactions are solely between you and the third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKEDIYHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

DIY projects involve risks. Always follow safety guidelines. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from projects you attempt based on information from the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKEDIYHUB AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold MakeDIYHub harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, effective immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, unless prohibited by local law. For users outside that jurisdiction, you may also bring claims in your local consumer protection authorities where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
